A recent survey of 1500 UK SME’s revealed that of the 80% who employed an accountant, around 10% would not recommend their choice to anybody else.
In the grand scheme of things, that’s not a terribly high figure. However, it does mean that some accountancy firms still have a way to go before they meet their client’s fundamental needs.
