Emily Potts

Emily Potts is our Company Administrator. With a BA (hons) in Business and Accounting, Emily cut her teeth in specialist recruitment for the construction industry. Following the birth of her first child, she transitioned out of the high-pressure recruitment sector and into manufacturing. As executive assistant to the MD, her role included logistics, finance and operations. Her business background and sectorial expertise make Emily a perfect fit for the Prevail team.

Emily is a proud mum to two pre-school children so she doesn’t have a lot of free time. What free time she does have is spent baking. Emily bakes for fun, with her kids and for her passion project: she is a licenced baker who bakes and sells beautiful celebration cakes!
