Be prepared or just improvise in your business?

During a long weekend, I am sure that many of us took the opportunity and spent time closer to nature. Part of you just enjoyed views and did light walking. Others prepared through weeks or even months for challenges like mountain climbing or sailing or… And it does not matter what type of activities you choose: without preparation or with. The most important thing is to enjoy it, ‘to reset’, to charge our battery for the next tasks.

In our business life, the situation is… completely different in terms of achieving goals. I strongly agree with B.Franklin: ‘By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.’ There is a reason why #BusinessPlanning is so important… not only for start-ups!
